Meal Plans

One frozen meal and one cold meal delivered between 10:30am and 1:00pm Monday through Friday.

We provide an unrestricted or therapeutic diet to help combat health conditions, such as:

Diabetes
High Cholesterol
High Blood Pressure
Renal Disease
Difficulty Chewing

Recipient Eligibility

Recipients are homebound and unable to cook, shop for, or plan nutritious meals, but are otherwise able to live independently.

Assistance may be available for those age 60 or older; receiving Supplemental Security Income (SSI); or through other managed care insurances. We also accept SNAP (food stamps).

Contact one of our Case Managers who will describe the program and take the personal information we need to put you on the service within two or three business days. Anyone of any age or any income is eligible.
