MOW Syracuse at the Westcott Cultural Fair

Meals On Wheels of Syracuse was on hand at the Westcott Cultural Fair 2016 this past Sunday September 18th.  People entered a raffle for a stocked cooler and had a chance to learn about how to get involved with Meals On Wheels.
