COMMISSIONER OF HEALTH TO SPEAK TO THE MEDIA FRIDAY 1:00PM
Dr. Cynthia Morrow, MD, MPH, Commissioner of Health, Onondaga County Health Department will speak to the media about the impact of hunger on our seniors at 1:00pm.
Mason Kaufman, Executive Director, Meals on Wheels of Syracuse will also comment on the study and talk about the impact of Meals on Wheels in the community.
Before the Press Conference
Employees and volunteers will prepare and package approximately 960 meals by 11:00am.
Otto the Orange and Syracuse University students will be in our kitchen at 10:00am.
Miss New York Teen USA, Corrin Stellakis will deliver meals at 11:30am.
Meals on Wheels of Syracuse is currently participating in the March for Meals campaign.
